JEFF HOWES GOLF DESIGN are very pleased to announce the signing of a contract to design a 36 hole golf resort located in Liuzhou, Guanghxi Province in south west China. The project is part of a mix-use development by a local propety developer and is located in and around the Bifurong Recreational Area on the banks of the impressive Liu Jiang River.
