Ever since a major rerouting I did of the course some 21 years ago, I have been working with Golf Club Fohrenwald. Every year or two the club has been redesigning one or two the older original greens. Last November the club embarked on the redesign of greens 9 and 12. It was mandatory to have the job run as efficiently as possible as it was a short window before the winter set in. That is exactly what experienced greenkeeper Wayne Beasley achieved. In a matter of a few weeks the two complexes were built to exact design specifications and sodded with a precision of timing as good as I have ever seen.
